Front Office Manager

Otel Mövenpick (İzmir)

• University degree (Tourism and Hotel Management is preferable),
• At least 3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in international hotel chains,
• Excellent command of English,
• Excellent command of MS Office applications and Opera PMS,
• Strong leadership skills, inter-personal and communication skills,
• Having a directive management approach for his/her own team,
• Result oriented management style,
• No military obligations for male candidates,
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

İŞ TANIMI

• Manages and motivates the Front Office team in order to provide a high standard of service for quests,
• Develops high quality relationships with guests throughout their stay,
• Handles all guest complaints and provides fast and the best solution,
• Manage and control the group and individual guest invoicing and cash operations,
• Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products,
• Have a good knowledge of all systems and standards of front office.
