QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Simeco is one of the key industrial branches of Teka Business Unit Kitchen&Bath, and is operating in Izmir, with the manufacturing of ovens, hobs, hoods for regional and global markets. We are searching for a ‘Sales Responsible’ for our multinational company in Ege Free Trade Zone with the following qualifications :
- BS/MS degree in Logistics Management, Foreign Trade, Business Management and Industrial Engineering from a reputable university
- Experienced on sales activities of a company operating in white good sector for at least 5 years
- Excellent command of English, preferably knowledge of Spanish and French
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills, problem solving, result oriented, team working, detail oriented and analytical thinker
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs, knowledge of MS Dynamics Axapta is preferable No restriction for travelling in and out of country
- Have driving licence (class B) and currently active as a driver
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Frequently travels abroad to meet with existing customers, earn new customers
- Develops short- and long-term forecasts, budgets, strategies, and marketing programs required to meet sales objectives
- Maintains and grows existing customer accounts through an appropriate level of contact Creates sales growth by securing business through strategic customer segments
- After the sale is made, follow up on the customer orders in a customer oriented way and capable of providing the needs of the customer
- Perform sales activities in line with the targets of the company
- Good command in pricing and merchandising activities
- Analyse the market and the needs of the customers and expand the business
- Recognise the customer needs and requirements and respond to them with appropriate solutions
- Develop new accounts within the territory
- Track competitors
- Performing customer visiting
- Establishing annual sales budgets in line with the targets and controlling the expenditures
- Provide customers with technical expertise
- Monitor weekly/monthly sales data and report to the department manager
