• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematical Engineering, Programming, Industrial Engineering and related Information Technologies.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic experience in Siebel CRM & Order management is preferable
• Knowledge in Siebel Tools is preferable
• Knowledge in PL/SQL and Oracle

 

İŞ TANIMI

 
We are seeking a Siebel Senior Admin with the will and ambition to work Customer Services - Order Management Function, reporting OM Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

• Responsible for performing application monitoring and  performance tuning of released product and services
• Responsible for troubleshooting of transactions
• Creating new alarms for new products and services and take necessary action when triggered
• Providing required information for defects, following up on defects within predefined SLA
• Solving Fault cases reported by Cops within predefined SLA
• Performing necessary tests on preproduction before releases
