Mavi Business Intelligence team is looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate, who is passionate about transforming data to knowledge for decision making process of top management and other departments. This role is an opportunity for a self-driven individual to utilize his or her business and technical acumen to extend our business intelligence platform and use analytical skills to deliver creative, value-adding solutions to the BI team. Additionally, the position will work interdepartmentally to help create and drive strategic plans that enable the organization to scale efficiently.

• Undergraduate degree, preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS from a reputable university
• 4-5 years of experience is expected
• Datawarehouse and dimensional modeling experience is a huge plus
• Hands on experience with BI tools such as SAP BO, SAP BW or/and BW on Hanna is a huge plus
• Hands on experience with SAP Sybase PowerDesigner is a plus
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• Previous experience at retail business is a plus
• Basic programming knowledge (extensive knowledge is a plus)
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Self-starter and proactive problem solver with great attention to detail and a mindset who searchs to optimize
• Strong analytical skills for translating business requirements into reports
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with positive attitude
• Ability to think strategically and to relate data to strategic decisions

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for requirement analysis, data modelling, documentation of analysis and conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT)
• Lead and execute projects through gathering requirements, defining objectives, structuring work, problem solving and making recommendations to support timely business decisions
• Contribute with ideas, knowledge and experience to our dimensional data warehouse development effort
• Verify correctness and completeness of data model, data relationships, mappings, and reports
• Work with Line of Business teams with a healthy sense of exploration and driving business insights
• Ability to multi-task various projects
• Have an understanding and empathy for our customers and continually align your work with their needs while seeking to deliver business value
• Develop and deploy dashboards, reports, and company reporting solutions
