QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

University degree (preferably logistic )
Minimum 3 years ‘experience in related position
Experience in shipment and warehouse management
Proven multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
Ability to learn quickly; dynamic & positive personality, pro-active
To be able to Work flexible if needed
Computer literacy in MS Office Applications & SAP applications
Excellent analytical thinking
Strong communication skills
Active driver with no travel restrictions
Military service should be completed (preferably 25-35 years old)

A brief job description of the positions and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below.

Leads receiving producers ( control per Purchase order quantity, receiving, make related stock movements in SAP and informing related department )
Manages In/Out activities and maintains records of those activities by SAP
Leads dispatching procedures for waste materials
Manage necessary stock movements in SAP
Ensure correct and timely stock movements in SAP
Manages Collation of documentation of stock movements within the warehouse
Leads return materials procedures
Prepares and prints Labels for all products
Ensures correct labeling on products
Ensures filing of updated information and carries out spot checks
Leads Cleaning schedule of the Warehouses, stock and carries out checks to ensure highest standards of cleanliness.
