QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Strategic Planning & Execution Specialists to be employed within our newly formed Office of Strategy Management (OSM) reporting to Strategy and Alignment Manager. The main objective of the OSM is to develop, manage and improve the overall strategy execution and corporate performance management processes in our Group.
Minimum requirements for the position are as follows:
- Solid understanding, knowledge and best practice experience in Balanced Scorecard implementation including strategy mapping, building scorecards with measures, targets and initiatives, cascading strategic themes/objectives/measures/initiatives to operational and support units for alignment
- Proven project and portfolio management skills, including understanding project prioritization, organizing and working with cross functional project teams, monitoring project performances, project progress reporting
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to present, discuss, persuade and enhance understanding
General Qualifications;
- University graduate
- 4+ years of overall work experience; preferably in strategic planning and/or project management functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools
- Demonstrated ability to independently conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis
- Proven ability to support and coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams on a project management base
- Logical problem structuring and strategic problem solving skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and working in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
İŞ TANIMI
- Carry out external and internal strategic analysis to help executive management team bring together the critical issues that should be included in the strategic change agenda
- Organize and conduct annual strategy planning meetings to translate the corporate goals and strategies into company’s strategy map and Balanced Scorecard measures, targets and initiatives
- Work towards communicating the corporate strategy and objectives across the company to make sure that each employee learns how his/her role helps execute our strategy creating value for our customers
- Help business and support units to create their own strategy maps, scorecards and initiatives to achieve their alignment with the corporate strategic objectives
- Manage project portfolios related to strategic initiatives across the company to make sure that business cases are well documented, projects are properly prioritized, cost benefit analysis are done, project critical success factors are clearly defined, resources are properly allocated, project milestones are clearly established and closely follow project implementations with project managers and operational teams responsible for the projects and provide progress reports to the executive management team on current strategic initiatives
- Organize the monthly/quarterly/biannual/annual strategy review and refresh meetings to test the strategy hypothesis, review the BSC performances and produce progress reports
