Sales Steering Expert

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Business Informatics or Engineering,
• Master’s degree or MBA is an asset,
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales or Business Analysis functions,
• Experience in combining business management with technology knowledge,
• Executive level communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to coordinate others,
• Fluency in English , German is a plus,
• Passion for business development, sales and marketing activities,
• Must be creative, solution oriented and client focused,
• Ability to work with challenging targets and timelines,
• Detail-orientation with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

İŞ TANIMI

• Acting as process owner: defining, designing and implementing solutions to address the needs of specific customer groups,
• Supporting development of sales strategy and value creation plan with high qualitative and quantitative analyses,
• Defining and addressing risks and barriers within sales process and supporting/coaching initiative owners to overcome the risks,
• Preparing regular executive summaries & reports and presentations for Steering Committees,
• Benchmarking the business against other markets with similar characteristics and identifying opportunities to improve performance or implementing best practices from other markets,
• Depending on the scope of the project, acting as a leader or a team member for sales projects.
