QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is one of the well known construction companies in Ankara. To optimize and develop current activities of organization and expand the successful business, we are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (based in Turkey).
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, preferably supported by MBA
- Min 10 years of management experience
- High business awareness and human orientation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, high analytical skills
- Flexible, dynamic, proactive and hands-on personality
- Strong leadership skills – encouraging, strategic, result-oriented
- Fluent in English
İŞ TANIMI
- Collaborate with the President and the IT, Finance, Compliance and Legal, and Human Resources departments for successful completion of business initiatives covering a broad range of functions with a particular emphasis on business process improvement
- Lead the organization’s operations by directing and coordinating day-to-day activities consistent with company's established goals, objectives, policies and procedure
- Oversee day-to-day support services to the investment business units
- Lead, coach, supervise and develop staff as required; utilize outside resources as appropriate
