QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Associates or Bachelor degree in Engineering (electrical, mechatronics) or equivalent experience
- Minimum Five years sales and/or service related experience in the AC drives market
- Proven track record in sales of AC drives
- Fluent English in written and spoken
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong understanding of the customer relationship.
- Clear, concise, written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage and motivate.
- Ability to multi-task
- Team player, ability to work on own initiative
- Technically adapt, good problem solving skills
- Self-motivated, creative, adaptable and assertive

Sales Manager Electronic DrivesystemsWe are seeking for
' Electronic Drivesystems Sales Manager ' for our multinational company operating in industrial products.
Reporting to Managing Director.
Job Purpose:- Develop NORD’s sales with drive electronics
Key Tasks:- Provide product and application training to the domestic sales force & customers.
- Perform market research resulting in a short list of suitable target accounts for drive electronics
- Work with sales force to win those accounts and to develop existing accounts
- Prepare budget and forecast for drive electronics business
- Present NORD electronics product portfolio
- Continue application support until contract is won
- Participate in trade shows and other networking opportunities
- Knowledge of common industrial controls practices
- Knowledge of industrial fieldbus networks
- Broad understanding of industry applications
- Eager to learn new technologies
- Ability to perform basic drives commissioning
- Interface with NORD parent company related to product management, quality and improvement of business processes.
- ERP Software background ( Preferably SAP )
Requirements:- Domestic and international travel. ( Driving a car required )
- Military service must be completed for male candidates
- Preferably residing in İstanbul Anatolian side or Gebze region
