Head Of Production

Hugo Boss

• Degree of University, preferably textile or industrial engineering,
• At least 10 years of experience in production with minimum 5 years of experience in production management,
• Deep knowledge of Industry 4.0 and the tools and techniques used in Lean Manufacturing,
• Experienced in international projects which are technology-oriented and related to the production sector,
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills,
• Excellent command of English (Good knowledge of German will be preferable)

• Drives the strategic development of the organization aligned with Headquarter,
• Tracking new technologies that are compatible with the company's vision and strategies and that will contribute to the increase of the company's competitive advantage,
• Plans and proposes unit’s budget and decides and allocates financial and personnel resources,
• Manages and develops all the respective work flow process to ensure all production targets (Quality, Quantity, Delivery in time) are achieved,
• Designs and proposes mid and long-term development of production unit (continuous improvement), and sets up and monitors completion of agreed projects,
• Manages organization unit assigned, and leads, develops and/or coordinates dedicated professionals.
