QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate is required to have the following experience and skills:
- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or other related Health/Life Sciences,
- Minimum 1-2 years of Regulatory Affairs experience,
- Fluency in written and verbal English,
- Knowledge and comprehensive understanding in Regulatory Affairs,
- Strong follow up & time management skills
- Analytical thinking, result oriented, flexible and strong ability on problem solving,
- Confident, positive, self-motivated "can do" attitude towards customers, colleagues and team members,
- Collaboration and active communication
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook),
- Military service should be completed for male candidates.
İŞ TANIMI
The successful candidate will be reporting to BHP RA Manager and will be responsible for the implementation of regulatory affairs (RA) activities in line with the company procedures and legal requirements in Turkey. Main responsibilities are;- Evaluation, preparation, submission and follow-up of registration dossiers (in e-CTD format) of new products and also maintenance of all existing portfolio,
- E-Submission and follow-up of technical/labelling variation and renewal applications,
- Correspondence with MoH and other official divisions,
- Artwork coordination for existing portfolio,
- Follow-up of developments and changes in the local & global regulatory policy rules,
- Coordination and close follow-up with local & global partners,
- Keeping Company and Ministerial databases updated,
- Supporting pharmacovigilance activities (PBRER, DHCPL, RMP etc.).
