• Minimum 5 years of experience of Learning and Development area and performance evaluation. Other HR functions are plus.
• Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people; experience in multinational and English speaking environment,
• Professional knowledge of MS Office Applications, especially Excel and Power Point is required; knowledge of Prezi is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills;
• Ability to lead, take the initiative;
• Good team player with strong problem solving skills;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English;
• No military obligation for male candidates
 

İŞ TANIMI

• Execute, improve and enhance training and development activities,
• Analyze developmental needs, design and implementation of training and development programs,
• Plan and execute annual training and development activities,
• Coordinate the training and development programs,
• Deliver training sessions locally (centrally at HQ or stores) based on training plan,
• Assess and improve the quality and content of training including course design, training materials in line with company strategy and needs,
• Take  an active role at developing career management process of the company, provide guidance about forming talent pool, realizing career and development plans, implementing succession plans and career development activities,
• Organize training modules and orientation training for new starters,
• Maintain and file all necessary HR related documents, forms and reports.
