Team Leader - Sales Supervisor

We are seeking for an 'Team Leader - Sales Supervisor' to join the team of our international toy store client operating in retail sector.

•Numerate and articulate,

•At least 3 year experience in retail environment, with some previous experience of management,

•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal,

•In depth product knowledge toys,

•IT literate,

•Ability to work independently and as part of the team,

•Ability to communicate team members views to the Management team effectively.

İŞ TANIMI

•To effectively lead, motivate and coach the team to exceed sales and improve KPIs/customer service standards,

•To regularly give constructive and appropriate feedback to the management team on individuals performance,

•To support and ensure excellent housekeeping standards throughout the store,

•To actively seek out areas and opportunities for improvement and development for self, Experts and the team, and implement required activity, thus facilitating succession planning,

•To complete all Academy workbooks within the required time frame

•To ensure all members of the team understand the our client's customer service experience and to motivate self and team to consistently deliver the highest standards, 

•To achieve sales/KPI targets through effective support of the team,

•To assist in recruiting and selecting the best people for your store, 

•To assist in the control of stock in store, according to company policy,

•To enforce systems which maintain the accuracy of the stock file,

•To ensure product/merchandising guidelines are being fully followed by the team, to maximum effect,

•To assist the Management team in implementing training plans and providing on the job coaching to develop the skills of the team.
