• Technical Skills: The OES Area Field Sales Manager South Eastern Europe & Turkey has a basic understanding of all product and service lines within his sales responsibility. Eventual gaps are pro-actively closed by addressing them to the appropriate departments within the Bosch Organization.
• Communication and Conflict Management: The OES Area Field Sales Manager South Eastern Europe & Turkey is able to find the appropriate level of communication for all situations in his business environment. Cultural influences are respected, eventual conflicts are solved with win-win results for all involved parties.

• The Original Equipment Sales (OES) Area Field Sales Manager South Eastern Europe & Turkey is in charge to control and develop Bosch Automotive Aftermarket, Automotive service solutions’ OE business in the markets of Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania, Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Malta and Cyprus.
• He/she interacts closely with the relevant business partners within the markets.
• The OES Area Field Sales Manager South Eastern Europe & Turkey also implements processes and methods within AA-AS internal departments and task owners to guarantee flawless execution within the scope of customer’s expectations. Therefore, Service Level Agreements are established and tracked with all relevant customers.
• The planning and measurement of the business in the markets of South Eastern Europe & Turkey are reported within the defined reporting lines according the communicated guidelines.
