QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking for a “Business Process Specialist” with the qualifications below;
• BSc degree in Engineering Departments (preferably in Industrial, Mechanical) of a reputable university
• Fluent in English
• At least 2 years related work experience in logistics or supply chain management
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent understanding and working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• High analytical and organizational skills, willing to take initiative
• Availability for travel in Turkey or abroad.
İŞ TANIMI
Analyse warehousing & logistics processes of pharmaceutical wholesaling business, identify losses, present recommendations and perform corrective actions accordingly to meet business need.
Represent Unit and/or Department in corporate projects and/or initiatives.
Lead and/or assist in the development, implementation and tracking of the actions that result from assigned project(s) and/or analysis, including but not limited to:
· Business process re-engineering efforts for goods receipt, handling, order picking, order delivery management, route optimization and delivery vehicles management.
· Calculate and review supply chain KPI's, research and evaluate trends, and present suggestions on ways to improve them.
· Design and development of management reports by extracting and integrating data from various IT systems.
· Development of standard operating procedures, training materials. Perform regular trainings for the employees.
