• University degree with relevant educational background
• At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in channel management and key account management
• Proven track record of success in sales
• Strong knowledge of market and industry trends, and consumer trends
• Multinational company experience is an asset
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Computer literate, hands on experience on MS Office programs
• Active driving license
• Military obligation must be completed

İŞ TANIMI

• Establish and maintain effective relationship with key accounts, brand shops, dealers and wholesalers
• Maintain regular customer visits
• Review Sales performance with customers along with necessary internal parties
• Assist Sales Manager in preparation of Basic Plan by segment, model, month and customer
• Assist Sales Manager to negotiate pricing and Marketing Plan Re- negotiate price and quantity with customers
• Review and interpret weekly customer reports on sales and inventory levels
• Manage A/R collection
