QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for Field Executive for Trabzon. Candidates who see their career in sales and a challenging position offered to you, in which you will clearly see the sales dynamics.
In this job you are expected to set the individual weekly/monthly target for each Sales Representative and each territory, monitor progress against sales value and volume targets, coordinate the relationship between distributor and the company, design route plans for Sales Representatives in his/her respective territory, ensure route efficiency, merchandising and displaying of company products and efficient use of POP materials, product availability (Must SKU) at all relevant outlets through the distributor’s sales force per Company guideline.
Ideal candidates are those who have a university degree, driving license, minimum 2 years of field sales experience. Fluency in English is an advantage.
