QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
WYG Türkiye is looking for a Project Management Recruitment Intern to be located in Ankara Head Office. The necessary qualifications are as follows:
- Graduation degree in Social Sciences (International Relations, Human Resources Development, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, etc.)
- Outstanding communication ability
- Confident and pleasant personality
- Well-organized
- Ambition and the determination to succeed
- Time management and organisational skills
- Team-working skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Full computer literacy (knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word),
- Ability to work under stress and within flexible hours and tight deadlines,
- Detail-oriented applicants will have a definitive advantage.
- Willing to develop a career in recruitment of donor-funded projects.
İŞ TANIMI
- Understand job profile requirements
- Evaluate resumes and applications
- Source candidates using databases, social media etc.
- Assists the PM Recruitment Team in matching the most suitable candidates to different positions
- Updates the expert lists
- Assisting the preparation and review of CVs/supporting documents/ToRs
Preferred Candidate
Less than 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
