OPERATIONS PLANNER

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields,
• Preferably minimum 2 years of professional work experience in the related field,
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of MS office applications and ERP (preferably SAP PP Module experience),
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills,
• Should be eager to learn, flexible, open-minded and team-work oriented,
• Knowledge of different production methods is a plus
• Completed military service for male applicants,

İŞ TANIMI

• Preparing long-mid-short term production plans and work orders in line with the customer demands
• Close follow-up and monitoring of daily production to ensure on-time delivery, and making the revisions in the plan when necessary
• Work closely with sales department in order to be in line with the customer demands, receives sales forecasts from the sales department
• Prepare capacity planning of the factory to identifies capacity constraints and recommends both short and long term solutions and mitigation plan to remove bottlenecks,
• Identifies key root causes for deviation from the production plan and implements initiatives to improve adherence to plans for the future
• Follow up productivity level of the company,
• Prepare weekly and monthly production reports,
• Participating in the inventory counting activities (during the year & year-end counting) and having a key focus on optimizing inventory
• Being a member of local and regional projects.
