İŞ TANIMI

• Processing new sales leads and managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients, monitoring customer accounts, providing data and reports to help the sales team, keeping track of sales targets, answering phone calls and scheduling diaries,
• Sales contact for spare part sales using well defined price strategy,
• Being the customer contact when asking for assistance for sales, technical support or service activities,
• Order handling and booking in SAP,
• Provide implementation support and enrollment sessions via on-site, web and phone with new and base accounts,
• Review completeness, approve & submit sales account paperwork to Logistic team,
• Field product and process questions from sales, and coordinate interaction with Logistic and other support organization of ABB Turkey when necessary to gain more detailed answers,
• Assist with Request for Proposals/Information,
• Facilitate and coordinate storage of sales materials.
