Technical Product Expert(Product Lifecycle)

• University degree in engineering and/or business administration or comparable departments,
• Longterm experience in project and/or product management,
• Experience / knowledge of laundry care products preferable,
• Fluent English is a must, German knowledge is an asset,
• Capability to moderate cross funcitonal teams,
• Understanding of and interest in complex technical product,
• Exhibits excellent leadership & communication skills and with the ability to work effectively at all levels,
• Strong  analytic skills, assertiveness, structured way of working, high self motivation and strong personal initiative,
• Working experience in international company,
• Willingness to travel.

İŞ TANIMI

• Manage product lines and lifecycle,
• Manages and plans regional products and – if assigned – global products:
  develop product line strategy, initiate platform and evolution projects,
• Manages VA (Variant Application) /VO (Variant Order) process: consults in range definition, reviews VA (feasibility, costs, timeline) and translates into VO, manages product changes: Coordinates with demand and factories (e.g. stickers, rating plates, etc..)
• Manages product data systems,
• Participates in cost management: evaluates marketing relevant ideas with demand & technical departments,
  cross product line coordination with other supply regions,
• Participates in PEP projects from M0 until M8 (as marketing lead, where assigned – esp. in cross-regional platform projects),
• Supports demand with regional program architectures (Pact) as consultant,
• Project Management contribution in OEM Product Development Projects with OEM Suppliers according to
  requirement specifications, in time and in budget.
