SAP CRM Module Responsible

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent education,
• Fluent in English is a must, German knowledge is an asset,
• Minimum 2 years experience on SAP CRM module consultancy including Service, Marketing, Masterdata,
• Experience in ABAP programming, (object oriented, CRM WebUI, Smartform, AdobeLiveCycle…) is highly preferable,
• Knowledge on several SAP Modules (MM, FI…) is preferable,
• Ability to work as part of an international team, self-managed, very good communication skills and ability to work under stress,
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills,
• Skill in general organization and managing complexity,
• High motivation for continuous and intensive development of professional and personal skills,
• Having experience in working as part of an international team will be an asset,
• High personal and timely flexible engagement, willingness to travel and temporarily stay abroad when required.

İŞ TANIMI

• Taking a role as a corporate IT member in country roll-in projects in order to implement the standardized template CRM solution for international usage,
• Performing 2nd and 3rd level support for the tickets which are raised from the countries over the Service Desk,
• Implementing Business Requirements for CRM solutions (concept, realization, test, deploy).
