QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • We are manufacturing LV/ MV electrical equipments, including but not limited to all types of Electrical panels, Compact Substations, Switchgear, earthing materials and cable connectors and have become a reputable brand known nationally and internationally in energy sector. We are currently seeking a qualified Sales Engineer to join our team in our International Sales Department.
  •  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering 
  • • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of various equipment and divisions, 
  • • Knowledge of Low Voltage-Medium Voltage Products 
  •  • A good understanding of Energy industry is a plus, 
  • • Experience in developing new market areas through expansion of new dealers and management of existing dealers, 
  • • High level and fluency in “English and Russian” and “English and French” 
  •  • Good computer skills, 
  • • Proactive and team player with leadership skills 
  • • Ability to demonstrate great negotiation skills, 
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, 
  • • Good skills in planning and implementing sales strategies. 
  • • B class driving license is necessary for the position.  

JOB DESCRIPTION 

 • Managing and developing good relations with current customer portfolio and penetrating in the markets to develop new relationships

 • Analyzing the markets and identifying new business opportunities, promoting sales of the product portfolio in line with business growth strategies

 • Following medium and large-scale projects in energy sector 

• Maintain and increase sales and profitability in his/her region of responsibility 

• Analyzing the clients’ needs in order to propose the most suitable products 

• Negotiating and preparing the sales contracts 

• Making regular visits to the dealers/ Project holders/ utilities with key contacts at all levels, 

• Being responsible for submission of timely reports which accurately reflect activity and describes future priorities,

• To develop and implement action plans for reaching the targets of the company, 

• Visiting frequently current and potential clients, 

• Attending and representing the company at trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences.
