Inventory Planning Executive

• Min 5 years of FMCG experience in one of manufacturing planning or product supply departments
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP (MM,PP ve SD)
• Ability to be a part of the team towards accurate and timely results
• Self-initiator with well-balanced influencing and negotiation skills,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• Process and detail oriented, including business focus and prioritization skills,
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills in English and in Turkish
• Military service must be completed for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Optimizing Inventory management in the supply chain to support customer needs and plant operations while eliminating Inventory losses
• Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization in managing the inventory levels for optimal response to customer and manufacturing requirements,
• Running projects on Inventory modelling and target inventory settings with related parties in the group
• Organizing optimum stocking level studies for finish product and raw materials including BOM analysis
• Preparing inventory and factory supply chain KPI’s reporting and follows gap analysis & action plans
• Determining crude oil procurement plan in short term and proposing alternative sourcing plans in the middle and long term
• Responsible of slow moving, non moving and remnant inventories analysis and actions end to end.
• Making Rough-cut capacity planning with Sales Forecast and budget volume regularly
• Leading system improvement projects in the scope of supply chain
