QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a qualified “Front Office Manager” for Wish More Hotel İstanbul.
- Ensures compliance with all Front Office policies, standards and procedures.
- Good command of Opera program,
- Manages the department expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
- Managing Projects and Policies,
- Understands the impact of Front Office operations on the Rooms area and overall property financial goals.
- Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
- Strives to improve service performance.
- Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
- Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
- Analyzes information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Very good knowledge of the English language is mandatory – Further languages are preferrable.
İŞ TANIMI
Responsible for all front office functions and staff, including Bell Staff and Front Desk. As a department head, directs and works with managers and employees to successfully execute all front office operations, including guest arrival and departure procedures. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.Preferred Candidate
More than 3 years of experience
Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
