• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities
• Proven experience in business analysis and business process improvement
• Extensive knowledge of relevant processes and IT solutions in area of responsibility
• Experience of business case and project contract development - Understanding of ITIL procedures
• Appreciation of IT systems landscapes and impact of architecture decisions on quality and delivery
• Technical specialist in the relevant IT technologies or applications - SAP customization experience in SAP ECC
• Experience of working in teams across multiple locations
• Functional Knowledge - SAP ERP, specifically Production Planning, Process Industries, Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Quality Management, Asset Management (Plant Maintenance), and Batch Management
• Operations experience in a Manufacturing role or Supply Chain role is preferred
• Excellent command of English

İŞ TANIMI

• Work with other SMEs, Lead SMEs and key stakeholders to maintain a strong governance process for innovation to ensure high quality project and programme delivery
• Support Business Stakeholders in clarifying business requirements, developing appropriate high level designs, costs and time estimates for the production of high quality project Charters by the BP organisation
• Help drive simplification to support the lowest possible TCO for each component in the systems landscape
• Understand and interpret IT strategic architecture and ensure all projects follow the principles, guidelines and standards set out by Unilever’s S&T
• Help maintain the road map for IT systems architecture change/refresh in line with destination architecture and aligned with business priorities for change projects and programmes
• Help maintain and enforce detailed design guidelines describing how each component of the IT landscape will be used
• Specify packages of work to be called-off from the individual service towers (through the service design function) and creating project request form (PRF/PMERF) for work packages from application delivery partners. And ensuring timely delivery of these deliverables with IT suppliers (external and internal)
• Create clear conceptual designs for each project or change that will deliver the business requirements, balanced with the need for simplicity, reusability, lowest possible TCO and alignment to IT Destination Architecture, CoE Design Guidelines and Global Information Standards
• Questioning (and challenging) business requirements documentation delivered by process owners; ensuring that these are completed to the appropriate standard and level of detail and clarity
• Discuss the priority and sequence of changes linked to specific releases, working with the Release Management organisation to agree these
• Managing the process of development and sign-off of functional specifications for each project/group of changes
• Reviewing technical specifications as these are created by the delivery partners, and running design reviews during the build phase as appropriate
• Reviewing assuring the quality or the product testing made by the IT suppliers, making sure it corresponds to the agreed scenarios specified in the Functional Specifications and it is properly executed and documented
• Assisting as required in later phases of the project e.g. assisting in post go-live reviews to ensure IT design and process issues are captured for learning and future improvement
• Ensuring the documentation delivered as part of the project is accurate and properly stored to guarantee the future maintenance
• Deliver above responsibilities within an agreed financial charging structure and budget
• Develop a good understanding of future technology and architecture directions, including the opportunities for new functionality and reduced TCO created by these
• Developing and driving knowledge of end to end business processes and their likely evolution.
• Generate and drive ideas for continuous improvement, simplification and reduced TCO in the existing systems landscape. Develop and publish a relevant set of KPIs to help monitor and drive progress
• Be aware of the co-ordination and management of business IT projects in the 8QRP including minor enhancements (MEs) for area of responsibility
• Aid the creation and maintenance of project work packages based on business requirements documents
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the BP, Service, S&P quadrants, with key business owners and Process Offices, with strategic suppliers and 3rd party IT service providers
