• 2-3 years brand management experience in FMCG preferably in multinational environment
• Innovations & Research experience is an asset
• The ability to successfully carry out multiple tasks simultaneously
• Has analitical & conceptual skills
• Ambitious & hardworking to achieve targets
• Good team member with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English
• High affinity with  sales/trade marketing and shopper behavior,
• Strong project management skills
• Completed military service for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Manage all marketing and trade marketing activities together w/Marketing Manager
• Develop and implement product roll out plans
• Coordinate all innovation related procedures and researches
• Responsible for all the 3rd party relations ATL and BTL
• Create ideas for communication under the brand of responsibility,
• Follows the market dynamics with research reports,
• To develop full 360° campaigns for the key activities of the brand, and execute them, with key stakeholders & agencies.
• Plan and execute with the trade marketing team unique and unrivalled trade support plans,
• Accountable for close business monitoring and proactively defining action steps to improve the Brand performance.
• To be responsible for the P&L of the brand
