PATENT EXPERT

BSH Home Appliances is searching for a Patent Expert to be employed with the following qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or physics strongly preferred,
• A minimum of 5 years patent prosecution experience. Experience reviewing and drafting contracts is a plus,
• 30+ original patent applications personally prepared in the past 24 months,
• Solid patent preparation and prosecution skills,
• Fluent English knowledge is a must, German is an asset,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is essential,
• Analytical minded, open to change, creative and solution oriented,
• Having conflict resolution, team building and good communication skills,
• Live/Willing to live in or close to Bursa etc.
• The place of work is in Bursa within Bosch Group site for IP service for legal entities in Bosch Group. This would also include the possible IP service for BSH.

İŞ TANIMI

• Actively participating in BSH invention disclosure review process,
• Prior art search on patent databases,
• Patent prosecution, including the preparation, filing, and prosecution of new patent applications,
• Draft and review IP contracts or license agreements,
• Provide proactive advice and counsel to the relevant development department on patent related matters.
• Coordinate and report IP issues for Bosch Bursa legal entities in cooperation with BSH IP team
