QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Istanbul Development Center is a part of Sony iSMS (Interactive Sales and Marketing Solutions) Business Group delivering software development and maintenance services to Sony companies across Europe in an interactive environment. iSMS business at Istanbul premises is a young and dynamic team of qualified professionals, managing e-Solutions related processes as in house consultants.

iSMS Support and Operations Team is comprised of technically minded individuals working as a bridge between the development centers and the customers. They are the responsible for ensuring that the day to day operations run efficiently throughout all sectors of Sony Europe, while also helping with the development teams to implement change for better customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidate will be responsible in order to support 'web softwares' developed by Sony for internal customers.

Reporting to the Application Support Manager, the Application Support Specialist  is expected to:

  • Focus on the needs of customers and set priorities and develop efficient action plans to deliver services
  • Create and log incoming customer problems
  • Assist System Support Specialist to identify problems to be addressed
  • Understand technical aspects of all related areas
  • Prepare the documentation of the operational processes inline with the Standard Operating Procedures
  • Continually read and review documents posted and provide feedback to System Support Specialist where information is lacking or required.
  • Primary responsible for supporting technical infrastructure of all the European Sony websites
  • To act as main contact for all application issues for variety of countries across Europe
  • Delivery of assigned services within SLA and quality criteria
  • Cross functional working
  • Cross cultural working


İŞ TANIMI

Ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in a reputable company / relevant internship experience
  • University degree from MIS, Statistics, Mathematics etc..
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Interest in navigating, using the internet and online resources
  • Highly committed personality with desire to learn
  • Open minded, flexible and eager to participate in projects and improve at all levels
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • No military obligation for male candidates

Less than 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
