Materials Process Engineer

• B.S. degree in Material Engineering required,
• Minimum 2-5 years experience in composites,
• Ability to organize and manage multiple products and materials through manufacturing process,
• Quality orientation and high attention to detail,
• Ability to work with vendors, customers, and employees,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• Experience working with high performance teams,
• Ability to maintain safe work environment,
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking in English,
• Ability to perform problem analysis and problem resolution

İŞ TANIMI

• Compile and manage the material lists for each process in order to costumers material specifications.
• Create and proceed localization projects for the materials supplying by companies out of country to reduce the material cost
• Develop and implement optimal, cost-effective processes with new materials in accordance with material specifications and quality standards,
• Work with related process engineers and Supply Chain Department to implement the new materials
• Plan and coordinate the shop trials for the new materials. Perform the trials, report to costumer
• Coordinate material implementation activities for new or revised products
• The incumbent will ensure the customer material specification is met through our manufacturing processes
