QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- University degree preferably in engineering or business administration
- Maximum 2 years relevant working experience
- Experience of end-to-end SCM and knowledge of Telecommunication (or other relevant industry knowledge) a distinct advantage
- Environment and cross cultural/cross functional experience
- Experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and ERP systems, ability to learn using different reporting tools.
- Good command in written and verbal, Articulate communicator and presentation skills
- Resilient and able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders balancing diverse perspectives and interests
- Effective prioritisation of tasks and conflicting priorities
- Interest and enthusiasm to learn more about SCM processes and practices by following academic press and best practices
- A self-starter who is results-driven with high levels of self-motivation, mobility, energy and initiative

We are seeking a SCM Specialist - Commercial Services and Program Management with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting SCM Manager -Commercial Services&Program Management Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
- Responsible for delivering data gathering, basic analysis, modelling, measurement, communications and reporting in support of planning and execution of the large SCM driven programs & daily operations
- Responsible for implementing, utilisation and end-user support of world class ERP, contract and demand management systems, tools and processes
- Partnership with the Shared Service Centre (VOCH) and Vodafone Procurement Company (VPC) Enablement teams to ensure alignment of activities to support systems & tools execution
- Responsible for procurement activities in line with technical specifications, from foreign and local markets, managing the planned budget by analysing the necessity of items required, from reliable suppliers, with high in quality, lowest price and on proper time working with internal stakeholders and Vodafone Procurement Company.
