QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Experience of reporting processes and systems within BP, ideally with a strong link to supporting business activities preferred.
2. Absolute fluency in “Business English” is mandatory.
3. Demonstrated ability to interpret financial and operational information
4. Strong and demonstrated analytical experience
5. Statistical and numeric capability
6. Excellent skill and ability in the use of MS Excel and MS Access packages
7. Ability to learn new systems quickly
8. Ability to communicate effectively and build mutually beneficial relationships with key contacts

Purpose of Role:
Establish and maintain a proactive business partnering relationship between Finance and Sales and Marketing teams. The focus of this role is to monitor performance and provide analysis, insight and support to help drive performance improvements whilst maintaining an independent Finance view.
Key Accountabilities of the Job:
1. Responsible for supporting performance management of Lubricants Auto and Supply Chain businesses
2. Responsible for preparing Plan and GFO forecasts, through engagement with the business and the analysis of the available information.
3. Responsible for analysis of MI, Dashboard and BPC reports, with a focus on performance and variance analysis with insight of gross margin, total cash cost and cash flow
4. Support for entire LBM process and the financiliazation of Lubricants Business Financial Model
5. Support delivering of performance objectives and assist in year on year improvements
6. Provide ad-hoc analytical Decision Support to sales, marketing and logistic teams, particularly in the areas of resource allocation and investment analysis to drive improved returns for the business
7. Prepare monthly business performance review materials to the Country and Cluster Management
8. Support and taking responsibility of continuous improvement projects
9. Simplification and standardisation of existing reporting to promote continuous improvement
10. Customer Facing Team, work closely with sales team to support delivering performance objectives like as gross margin cash cost
11. Product & Offer Development team, work closely to track of ASP budget and profitability of brands
12. Supply Chain, alignment on cogs forecasting and track of cost of goods
13. Investment, tracking of company investments with the related party
14. Pricing, work close with pricing team to align on rebate provisions and NHF tracking
15. Finance Controlling & GBS, work closely with controlling and GBS teams to follow up actual inputs of financials and related issues
