QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
· Minimum education – Bachelor’s Degree
· Minimum 5 -7 years of experience of HR on Compensation & Benefits, payroll management and shopfloor HR processes
· Experience in HR at Multi National & Unionized Organization
· Strong oral and written communications skills
· Preferably strong oral and written communication in English
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply these skills into HR environment
· Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of designing, documenting and implementing HR services with a strong understanding of HR management standards, systems. Strong analytical, conceptual and planning skills are essential for the position coupled with excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences, including influencing negotiating and presentational skills.

HR Analytics Supervisor

Primary Function:
Eaton Corporation has an opening for an HR Analytics Supervisor to support Eaton HR programs. Leads HR payroll and reporting team; ensures legal and Eaton compliance. Collaborates with HR professionals throughout the organization to leverage common policies and practices.
Essential Functions:
· Develops and supports operational and process improvement programs that lead to a more lean and efficient business, and develops HR policies and procedures that support business growth, profit, and cost containment objectives
· Human resource strategies in a manner that will decrease the dependence of employees on third party representation.
· Leading HR team to ensure the company is in compliance with all applicable legislation and Eaton requirements regarding labor relations, inclusion & diversity, employment law, compensation & benefits, safety, and other employee related matters.
· Management and reporting of HR data- metrics, documentation and business services according to Eaton requirements and legal compliance
· Provide information and guidance to HR colleagues and managers relative to the implementation and administration of HR policies and programs
· Work on a variety of projects at the same time that will help the organization to achieve its operational objectives
· Managing organizational development projects
· Initiate new HR projects to support an environment that maintains positive employee relations
· Assist the HR Leader in the implementation and administration of other HR programs and initiatives through supporting operational excellence
· Works with HR Generalists /Business leaders to develop advanced organization development concepts, processes, and tools including assessment, diagnosis, design, and change management
· Designs, plans, and implements all HR programs, policies, and procedures for the shopfloor HR operational excellence
· Lead human resources initiatives related to organizational change ensuring that HR plans are aligned with business goals. Implement effective and robust change management and communication plans for all key stakeholders
