• Marketing experience in telecommunication 
• ATL & BTL marketing experience (developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives)
• Bachelor Degree in engineering or business
• Strong written, verbal communication skills & inter-personal skills both in English
• Ambitious & competitive professional with high personal  drive & leadership attitudes
• Strong analytical skills, champion in simplification

We are seeking a Marketing Sn.Assc.Manager-Youth Segment  with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Marketing Manager-Youth Segment of  Vodafone Turkey.

• Identify key opportunities in the market through data analysis, extensive market research and understanding customer insights
• Continuously track the performance of the segment and revise propositions when necessary in line with strategies
• Develop and execute growth strategies/plans
• Construct business cases and recommendations of products and services based on marketplace insight, customer needs, strategies and capabilities of the organization
• Create 3600 marketing and communication plans with innovative ideas based on customer insights
• Stimulate data usage and data monetization thru strategic partnerships (excluding Music & Gaming) and Consumer Services
• Sustain and develop 1st Augmented Reality Embedded Telco Product, Data Hunters, as one&only gamified platform of FreeZone
• Develop segmented Terminal initiatives in line with CBU Terminal strategies and roadmap
• Ensure growing 4.5G attached customer base by focusing all 4.5G KPIs (i.e. 4.5G ready, attached, SMP ownership)
• Track Terminal & 4.5G performance of youth segment and recommend necessary actions based on analysis ad customer insights• Lead Global Projects on behalf of Youth Segment (i.e. Digital Skills Project)
• Compare youth business with global benchmarks and come up with new ideas
