• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance or Statistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),comfortable with advanced excel spreadsheets including formulas and graphs
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organization skills.
• Strong writing and grammatical skills.
• Ability to work and communicate in English.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced , dynamic, highly entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to take initiative and critically analyze processes and procedures in a push toward constant improvement.
• Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvement is critical.
• Interest in equity and fixed income markets, current market trends and financial products
• New graduate, or 1-2 year experience
• Sensitivity, discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy are necessary in this role.

İŞ TANIMI

• Provide superior analytical support to the team on a wide variety of assignments.

• Help coordinate various services within the family office and communication with 3rd party advisors and service providers.
• Prepare, update and present bank transactions and reports; ensure timely and correct booking of bank transactions.
• Managing and reporting bank accounts.
• Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports; accurate and timely client reporting.
• Review and analyze investment activity for client portfolios; Production of portfolio analytics, including equity and fixed income analyses.
• Respond directly to client inquiries, including complete profiling of client needs/objectives and determination of appropriate responses/solutions.
• Deliver solutions to clients as necessary, and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction thereafter.
• Ensuring appropriate books and records are maintained for all portfolios.
• Maintain documentation for appropriate policies and procedures.
• Daily monitoring of the capital markets.
