QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Economics, or relevant disciplines, from a reputable university.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in shopper marketing, retail marketing, and marketing.
  • Eager to create communicational and heuristic structurest to attract shoppers.
  • Excellent creative and at the same time analytical look with a strong rational approach.
  • Project management and process improvment expertise for customer experience design.
  • Familiar with quantitative research tecniques and interpretation of results.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills combined with an sense of aesthetics.
  • Creative, and innovative approach to solving problems.  Candidate should bring new perspectives and ideas and  can look through the eyes of the customers.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and handle the pressure of last minute requests.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with audience sensitivity.
  • Ability to function as a team member and get along with others.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.


İŞ TANIMI

  • In the area of "Shopper Marketing" concept, works on the store brand communication channels, strategic marketing, creation and implementation of the concept of customer experience.
  • Leads customer experience and communication design, improvement, implementation and governance efforts in retail stores by following company’s work flows, strategies, market trends and as well by listening to the voice of the customer.
  • Flows and contributes to the company retail strategy, in line with market trends and customer expectations, improving customer experience and retail channel customer loyalty strategy to design and put into practice to improve the brand perception.
  • Creates and improves customer experience mapping and project plan. Identifies the gaps formed by customer expectations, making the necessary development work and suggestions for improvement. Makes a difference in retail stores against the competition.
  • Project and strategy development in the direction of making merchandising and customer experience measurement results.
  • Designs and recommends new campaign designs to increase customer experience level and follows the activation.
  • Enhances the customer experience by commissioning of the campaigns and in-store applications.
  • Creates the merchandising segment, segment-based store communication and managing the customer experience study.
  • The creation and tracking of store marketing and communication of annual plans and budgets.
  • The creation and implementation of specific regional basis and store marketing plan.
  • The applications of customer satisfaction and business contributions made in terms of measuring clicks, dissemination of best practices.
  • Gets involved in the creation of reatil corporate identity guidelines and updates.
  • Coordinates among Marketing, Communication, Category Management, Sales, IT, Call Center, Service, Law, Finance, teams and the third parties, consulting them in order to ensure the integrity of the customer experience inside and outside of the company.
  • Analyses various market insights and customer experience data, analyze and interpret them and identify customer turn offs and critical improvement areas.
  • Drives continuous process, product and service improvement by being the Voice of Customer.
  • Acts as a knowledge centre for expertise, best practices and methodologies relating to customer experience.
  • Builds up necessary customer experience governance  mechanisms and ensure proper execution and active engagement of all the stakeholders.
