* University degree from Business Administration or Engineering departments.
* Maximum 2 years experience in similar positons in FMCG sector.
* Excellent command in spoken and written English.
* Proficiency in Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power point.
* Analytical minded, innovative, result oriented and good at team work.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage stress well.
* Innovative, Result Oriented, Detail Oriented, good follow-up skill

İŞ TANIMI

The position offers opportunities such as working close to Senior Management, like Vice President; providing strategic and different outlook on professional life: improving desicion making and negotiation skills; providing experience in matrix organisation and different functions. A brief job description of the positions and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
* Participating in the meetings of Business units and functional support units, preparing meeting notes, following up of desicions taken and acting that will be taken for these decisions.
* Examining the Business Units in the meeting monthly performance of making summary analysis of the reports that are to be presented to Presidency and highlighting the important details.
* Improving the projects and research assigned, finalizing and presenting these to the Presidency.
* Making benchmarks for the Group and company outside of Yıldız Holding and reporting these to Presidency.
