Junior Operations Controller

• University degree
• 1-2 years of experience in audit, controlling or planning
• Good level of MS Office knowledge (advanced Excel is an asset)
• Experience in a production company is an asset
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong analytical skills
• Creative in problem solving
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented
• No Military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Planning, controlling, forecasting and reporting of material cost
• Reporting the actuals, analyzing the variances vs Last Year and Last Forecast and running the monthly forecasting cycle for all material cost related issues (recipe changes, productivity projects, material price changes)
• Comparing actual production costs vs forecasted costs by SKU, analyze the variances (price and usage) and leading corrective actions with related departments when necessary
• Working in close contact with R&I and Marketing Departments to support New Product Launch processes for inno/reno products material cost forecasting
• Working in close contact with Purchasing Department for material price forecasts and following-up of productivity projects
