GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering fields
* Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Management and/or Sales Management
* Strong knowledge in sales & marketing of mechanical drives
* Advanced level of English, German is a remarkable asset.
* Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation.
* Strong inter-personal, communication and negotiation skills.
* Enthusiastic, result-oriented, customer focused, resourceful and creative.

İŞ TANIMI

For our Process Industries and Drives Division, we are looking for Sales Manager for Mechanical Drives Business Unit, who will be located in Istanbul. This role will be responsible for sales & marketing of Siemens-Flender Mechanical Drives product portfolio.

What are my responsibilities?
* Responsible for regional sales target achievement
* Derive and execute sales measures for customer development and market penetration
* Analyze regional market for identifying future potentials in an early stage
* Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to increase sales volume 
* Develop and maintain sales partner relationships
* Conduct competitor analysis, build and maintain process for competitor evaluation
* Ensure implementation of sales guidelines and sales strategy within the region
* Prepare quotations and develop technical solutions
* Sign new contracts and negotiate important contractual business terms
* Follow up the internal processes from order to dispatch to ensure delivery, commissioning and after sales support success
* Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty of key customers
* Promote product highlights in line with headquarters product strategy
* Plan and execute regional sales activities (e.g. trade shows, conferences)
* Cooperate with the headquarters to define pricing strategy

What else do I need to know?
* Military service should be completed for male candidates
* Ability to drive and travel intensively around the country
