Production (Packaging) Engineer

• University degree from Faculty of Engineering (preferably Mechanical/Electrical Engineering)
• Preferably minimum 2 years of experience as packaging department in production facilities
• SAP MM module knowledge is an asset
• Excellent command of MS Office applications
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Preferably experienced in lean manufacturing tools
• Strong teamwork, analytical thinking and communication skills
• Enthusiastic for development
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• The Production Engineer is in charge of the entire Packaging Department activities
• Following up daily / weekly production plan and manage the team accordingly
• Ensuring that the production output meets the KPIs in terms of quality, quantity & loss
• Developing & implementing plans to improve quality, efficiency and to reducing the costs
• Controlling detailed records of the daily / weekly / monthly production amounts & losses and analyse them
• Supporting the continuous improvement activities
• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
• Following up technical developments
• Managing shift leaders and operators
