• At least 7 years experience in International Project Management or similar positions such as International Sales and Business Development, International Investment Management,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Having a deep knowledge of the International markets is an asset,
• Work independently as well as providing strong leadership skills to manage different internal and external stakeholders,
• Strong analytical and operational skills.

İŞ TANIMI

·           The main aim of the job is to manage the International market entry project with an end-to-end perspective; from project planning to market research and operating model definition to store opening to channel management,
·           Design  and manage end-to-end market entry project,
·           Understand the market dynamics, including country macroeconomics, country specific regulations and legislations on competition, supplier side and customer side dynamics,
·           Conduct research with government agencies and SMEs to understand market dynamics,
·           Develop market model and strategy for market entry,
·           Define target operating model and possible partnership opportunities,
·           Coordinate with other business units (HR, marketing, operations) to design the target organizational structure,
·           Develop different scenarios (1-3-5 years) for entry and further expansion depending on the market Dynamics,
·           Manage store operations and other sales channels.
