QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • BS, MIS, Mathematics or related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Having Web Analytics Certifications is a must.
  • Proven Web Systems Analyst skillset with at least 2 years’ experience, with 2+ years of in a web-analytics management based role
  • 2 -4 years’ experience with A/B or multivariate testing tools and technologies
  • 2 -4  years’ experience with Voice of Customer/Customer Satisfaction/site feedback tools and their integration into web analytics systems
  • Experience in the retail industry or with multi-channel data
  • Solid understanding on web and mobile technologies
  • Expert in site analytics tools such as Adobe Site Catalyst (Omniture) required, Google Analytics, YandexMetrica, Webtrends including implementation/tagging experience and data analytic skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Technical savvy. Advanced use of many software applications and has an in-depth understanding of user behavior online and competitive landscape.
  • Highly committed personality, and has a desire to achieve to business objectives and has a good understanding for the role of web analysis senior specialist plays in helping achieve and measure those business objectives.
  • Strong sense of analytical thinking, has a passion to find the hurdle points related to user online behavior.

İŞ TANIMI

 
We are seeking an ECommerce Web Analytics Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting  Online Experience and eCommerce Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
  • Work with E-commerce team to understand the business objectives and then decide on the analytics objectives & tactics: aTranslate KBRs into KPIs
  • Design and test tracking codes and ensure website tagging is accurate.
  • Get daily/hourly-based reports and analyze.
  • Communicate the results to key stakeholders regarding the effectiveness of site changes, campaigns and multivariate testing or the pain points in the conversion funnels.
  • Develop recommendations for the appropriate measures that used while evaluating the performance of online sales and the actions that are need to be taken to maximize the conversion rates on the sales channel and drive more leads/customers into self service and reduce the number of calls into the call center. 
  • Daily-based analyse customer browse and purchase behavior, collect data from multiple sources and look into the customer verbatims in details and inform the key stakeholders about the actions that need to be taken.
  • Analyse in-store influence of vodafone.com.tr web site and other digital products (mobile applications).
  • Evaluate and analyze clickstream data, traffic sources, different target audiences patterns,  funnel conversions, as well as value proposition, product catalogs, campaigns and content performance.
  • Get reports by product-centric (Item/Category/Promotion/Price), seasonal-centric, target-audience centric (Demographic, Interest, RFM)
  • Manage the production and distribution of recurring reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Make daily/weekly recommendations for optimization of the online customer experience.
  • Collaborate with business teams to establish reporting needs and methods (e.g. dashboards) and provide training and offer support in configuring reports and interpreting data.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to troubleshoot data collection issues.
  • In touch with the global office & vendors to get the details of the bes
t-practices.
