• University degree in Industrial Management or Business Administration
• Min 3 years of Demand Planning experience in FMCG sector
• Experience in Customer & Supplier Collaboration and Process & Project Excellence
• Team, performance & total cost management experience is preferred
• Excellent command of English
• Expert level of MS Office
• SAP Knowledge is preferred
• Knowledge of APO Demand Planning tool / Total pipe stock calculation model
• Result-focused, pro-active, creative and ambitious
• Excellent operation management skills
• Strong communication & colloboration skills
• Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen

İŞ TANIMI

• Manages SOP and GPS,  supply and demand, inventory, initiative management and import&export operations
• Prepares the RCA & takes proactive actions that will prevent CSL (& Distributor Service level where applicable) hit,  leads weekly demand control meetings, attends to weekly service level meeting, presents stock and availability projection in this meeting
• Animate the demand planning process on short/mid and long term horizons        
• Responsible for total trade stock calculation and tracking inline with company targets
• Responsible for consumption forecasting for 3 different channels to drive and reach channel base accurate forecasting and stock level               
• Liases with Commercial Finance to ensure alignment of demand plan with commercial forecasts                      
• Responsible for Forecast Accuracy and Bias to create awareness among SOP team to improve actions to link with SC KPI's                                              
• Ensures the collaboration of all functions to build GPS process and creates awareness
• Responsible for project using MODI tool to build a strong team in line with SC strategy and vision
