• Graduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering is a must; Master’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management and Engineering Management is preferable
• Min. 3 years of engineering/design experience on Combined Heat and Power (CHP) and Solar Photovoltaic system, Heating-Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems or experience on Auxiliary system /Maintenance and Energy system of big industrial (Iron and steel, cement, petroleum, refinery ex.) factory
• Knowledge on contract and project management
• Self-motivated pursuer able to act as an effective team player with proven leadership skills
• High level communication skills is a must
• Excellent command of English and Turkish languages with strong presentation skills in multicultural environments
• Excellent command of MS Office and AutoCAD  is a must; PVSyst is preferable
• Result oriented, suitable for team work
• An active driver with a driving license without restrictions to travel
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Define the technical requirements of possible projects with Projects Manager and external consultants.
• Organize and prepare technical feasibility studies and reports of possible projects with external consultant by site visits
• Analyze existing technical situation (Energy Consumptions, layouts projects, technical drawings etc.) of new possible Solar, Biomass, Combined Heat and Power (CHP) projects.
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
• Review the project schedule with Project Manager and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
• Execute the projects across Turkey according to the project plan and technical requirements
• Develop forms and records to document project activities
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the Project
• Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
• Write reports on the project for management and for funders
• Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date
• Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation for funders as outlined in funding agreements
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
