QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Good verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
Good communication skills
Graduated from Electric, Electronic or Telecommunication Engineering.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, ability to multi-task.
To have intermediate level of English speaking and writing
Good presentation skills.

İŞ TANIMI

· Knowledge about 2G, 3G, LTE network structure

Manage effective relations with all the internal stakeholders to improve the performance of the region according to the technology strategies & plans

·       Being able to optimize operational procedures to enhance fast rollout for targets
·       Being able to manage RAN Rollout Regional Teams, BÇOs, Service Providers and Vendors
·       Being able to analyse project based Rollout investment, budget phasing management.
·       RAN Rollout logistic material delivery coordination for regional rollout targets
·       Ensuring all network installation and civil work are compliant with VF standards.

Ensuring VF HSE&W procedures compliancy with local HSE regulations.
Being able to prepare the closing report sharing with Global and Finance departments & checking the compatibility with DB targets
