QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- 4 years’ university degree
- 7 years of experiences in sales/account management and trade marketing
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Advanced level of MS Office Applications
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
- Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
İŞ TANIMI
Executing Sales and In store Category Strategies:
- 4P Implementation and Shopper Study:
Set lead time and deadlines
Create action plans with sales team & defining next steps
Define shopper study need and clarifying the framework
- Distribution Tasks:
Decide on opportunities and negotiating on the GAPs w/ Channel Managers
Shaping distribution plan ( defining the POS opportunities and ensuring the implementation in POS)
- Budget Tracking:
Decide on long term and strategic investment decisions (ex: Shop in Shop projects, etc.)
Quarterly budget tracking w/ Executives and Specialist
- Merchandising Strategy:
Exploit merchandising material usage & options with Purchasing
Work on PLV Optimization w/ sales & marketing departments
Implement Guideline for Merchandising Strategy by Channel/by POS and deciding on which type of PLV for which customer/store format
- Category Management Projects:
Arrange customer visits w/ sales team in order to share the details and getting full alignment of customer
- Corporate Responsibilities:
Ensure master plan and trade marketing bulletin by getting the full alignment of marketing and sales teams
Prepare for Forecast meetings
Work with sales operations and ensures the following are reported on time and prepares activity tracking
