SERVICE TECHNICIAN- ROBOTICS

• Vocational degree in Mechatronic, Mechanic, Control or Electric/Electronics ,
• Minimum 4+ years of paint process experience in automation/robotics,
• Knowledge of industrial robot operations and servo systems, including electrical and software interfaces,
• Preferably have process knowledge in one or more disciplines – paint, welding, material handling, press automation, picking/packing/palletizing applications etc,
• Preferably have a working knowledge of control systems, I/O, PLC and bus communication,
• Experience in ABB Robots is a  plus,
• Experience in off-line robot programming and simulation packages (Robot Studio) is a plus,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Military service completed for male candidates,
• Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling,
• Good command of written & spoken English.

İŞ TANIMI

• Providing on site services to customers for installed robot and robotic systems,
• Robot and system maintenance activities at customer site,
• Warranty and RSI follow-up (reporting of cases, part orders, follow-up of logistics, replacement of broken parts at customer site..),
• Partner and Customer trainings,
• Installation of robot and other peripheral equipments,
• Installation of robot software and programs,
• Provide technical support to partners and customers,
• Represent ABB during site visits, communicating at all levels to ensure customer satisfaction.
