QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We seek for ''Field Service Manager ” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Robotics Automation & Motion , Robotics Business Unit in Dudullu location with below qualifications;
  • University degree in Mechatronic, Mechanic, Control or Electric/Electronics.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in automation/robotics,
  • Knowledge of industrial robot operations and servo systems, including electrical and software interfaces,
  • Preferably have process knowledge in one or more disciplines – paint, welding, material handling, press automation, picking/packing/palletizing applications etc,
  • Experience in ABB Robots is a  plus,
  • Experience in off-line robot programming and simulation packages (Robot Studio) is a plus,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Military service completed for male candidates,
  • Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling,
  • Good command of written & spoken English.


İŞ TANIMI

The candidate will be responsible for;
  • Coordinate service team toward efficiency and customer satisfaction with advance planning.
  • To develop and implement operational strategies that is consistent with the organization’s overall mission, vision, in short-term and long-term,
  • Manage service operations to provide efficient and valuable service to customer, hereby secure and promote the brands’ market position & image,
  • Support sales business lines as a sales promoter by creating customer satisfaction and expending service network,
  • To ensure that the organization is fit for purpose, size, structure- and skill-wise.
  • Promote service products to generate service revenue, while carry on team efficiency and competency with advance planning and execution,
  • Work to simplify workflow and improve efficiency smoothen the implementation in all workshops, standardize them in the way of increasing productivity,
  • Communicate and co-operate with other departments, other Customer Centre’s and our product companies including application center,
  • Lead, direct, and control all operation and supporting functions so that policies, procedures, and activities meet the organization’s short and long-term business objectives, comply with regulations and standards, and protect the organization’s public reputation.
