Our client is one of the leading basic material and component supplier companies for industrial usage. For their future development plans, we are looking for a:

FINANCE MANAGER


We are looking for a candidate who has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other qualified disciplines from a reputable university. Moreover, he/she should have minimum 8-10 years experience in Finance / Controlling and Accounting.   3-5 years management experience is a plus. The ability to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders, strong leadership and problem solving skills, ability to drive change is must. Excellent command of spoken and written English and excellent command of Microsoft Office applications is required.

İŞ TANIMI

Reporting to the Group Regional Controller, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

- Contributing to the strategic planning process of the company, managing budgeting and rolling forecast process, preparing variance analysis reports; 
- Preparing financial reports and submitting to the group, ensuring transparency in financial reporting and disclosures;
- Managing working capital and outsource IT operations;
- Implementing Group Ethics Policies and Procedures;
- Operating accounting in convenient with local legislation and IFRS standards;
- Managing relations with financial institutions; 
- Leading internal and external audit process;
- Leading finance & accounting team;
- Taking the responsibility of being the compliance officer of the Group Responsible Business Program.
