• Bachelor's degree (preferably a master's degree or a doctorate)
• Advanced English speaking and able to report 
• Team / project or team management experience (minimum 2 years)
• Preferring previously gained work, projects and educational experiences for Syrian population,
• Advanced English speaking and able to report 
• With the ability to analyze, interpret and report,
• With coordination and organization skills,
• Having problem solving and analytical thinking skills,
• The association can represent other institutions and organizations,
• Communication direction is strong, positive,
• No travel obstruction.

İŞ TANIMI

"Turkish Red Crescent is looking for a Manager for its Community Center within the context ofSyrian Humanitarian Relief Operation"

• It ensures that the diversity of programs and services developed within the scope of the project is determined, conducted, monitored and, if necessary, revised.
• Reports the services and activities carried out at the Community Center to the plans and the Program Coordinator.
• It ensures the identification and implementation of the necessary activities (courses, seminars, meetings, training, etc.) in line with the needs of the beneficiaries of the Community Center,
• The Community Center also organizes coordination meetings with national / international NGOs working on the same field, or participates on behalf of the Agency,
• Vocational courses, language training courses, activities that take place in the child / youth friendly area, manage the processes related to health-psychosocial support to Syrian refugees
• Establish mechanisms for beneficiaries to meet with different institutions, organize awareness sessions, provide support for the volunteers the center needs,
• It represents the Community Center on behalf of the Turkish Red Crescent,
• Provides national and international contacts locally in coordination with the project,
• Processes related to human resources, procurement and financial affairs are followed
